At Freddys Fishing & Outdoors, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if your apparel or equipment isn't the perfect fit, we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for all unused items. Our goal is to get you back on the water or into the woods with the right gear as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier using our prepaid label or your preferred tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
